About Us
How Waffleology Came To Be
Waffleology was started in 2020 and has since grown to become a full-fledged Food Trailer. We travel all across the Treasure Valley Idaho to sell our Douffles and Cravers, which we love creating new exciting flavors and combinations for. We are a Mother-Daughter and Woman Owned business, that serves with pride.
We hope you'll enjoy our donut - waffles and learn a bit more about us.

Our Story
It all started in 2020, when Andrea Baughman couldn't find Waffle Mix at the store. She decided to make her own waffles, much to the delight of the entire family. A few months later, she visited her friend at a nearby farmer's market and noticed a booth selling bubble waffles. She thought "I could do that."
And so...Waffle Squared was born! Wait? Waffle Squared?
That's right! Before we were Waffleology, we were Waffle Squared! We sold waffles in a small booth at the Nampa's Farmer's Market, and later decided we needed a food truck. It was also then that we changed our name from Waffle Squared to Waffleology.
Those weren't the only changes we made!
Between 2021 - 2022 we updated our logo (as you can see above), we redesigned/remodeled a 1960 Vintage Trailer, established our parent company, A and B Baking Co, created our donut waffles, and so much more.
Our business is growing every day and we're so excited to see where it all will take us. Until then, we hope you join us on this journey and help us achieve our dream.
Our Trailer
On October 10th, 2021 we brought home a 1960's Vintage Camper Trailer. We decided on the vintage camper, because it had character, and we wanted the face of our business to be unique.
At first, we thought it would only take a few months to renovate/build. We patiently waited and worked on the trailer for two years, slowly building it up until August 2022, when it was finally finished.
We got the logos put on, organized the inside of the trailer, and debuted at Nampa's Farmer's Market on August 20th, 2022.
And the rest is history.
Our Vision
Our vision is to expand this business and deliver waffles all across Idaho and eventually other places. We want to build up to the point we can help others and bring hope to them, like people have brought to us.
Our Mission
To share our love of waffles with others who love waffles. To help waffle lovers discover how they love to waffle, whether it be a traditional way, a sweet way, a savory way, or a innovative way. We strive to provide an amazing, unforgettable, culinary waffle experience through our unique, hand-crafted waffles for all to enjoy, share and love. To bring everyone a warm hug one waffle at a time!
